Technical Support Plan 1 (TSP1) - Basic Support

This option covers emergency outage support for a 12 month period for all EWSD systems within customer network. This will cover all labor required to recover system to call processing state, and analysis to determine the root cause. This option includes quarterly system health checks for all EWSD systems within the customer network.

Technical Support Plan 2 (TSP2) - Comprehensive Support

This option includes the support provided by TSP1 as well as the additional TSP2 specific comprehensive support.

Inherent SW issues are not covered in any service offering we provide, but can be addressed on a per request basis external to the service offerings. Please see our additional services to see what is available.
